Una tarde de Spa (Spa for a day)

Sé que he estado un poco perdida, pero les tengo que confesar que tuve unos días de relajación y cuidado intenso. Pasé momentos increíbles en #YellowmeSpa me consintieron como a una reina (literal), me aplicaron un tratamiento de la marca #Davines para el cabello, me aplicaron #Gelish en manos y pies, me hicieron un masaje relajante delicioso y un masaje reductivo (doloroso, pero sí funcionó).

El masaje reductivo es un masaje que necesita demasiada fuerza, tal es la fuerza, que aquellas personas que tengan el umbral del dolor alto sólo reirán, pero nosotros que no tenemos ese privilegio lo sufrimos un poco; sin embargo, solo dura 20 minutos aprox. lo que hace que no sea tan doloroso, además después de aplastarte el abdomen te hacen radiofrecuencia, la cual relaja al músculo y hace que sea más tolerable.

El tratamiento de cabello consiste en lavado con un shampoo especial, luego se aplica el tratamiento y se deja de 10-15 minutos, y en YellowMe aprovechan ese tiempo para hacerte masaje en la cabeza y los hombros (delicioso por cierto), después se enjuaga el tratamiento y se aplica el acondicionador, el cual también dejan reposar un rato, y sí, durante este tiempo también te hacen masaje, al final se enjuaga el acondicionador y te secan el cabello. Este tratamiento lo disfruté mucho porque adoro que me estén haciendo piojito, y justo es un tratamiento que se puede aprovechar para consentirte mucho.

Algo que me gustó mucho fue la aplicación de Gelish en manos y pies, ya que elegí colores super bonitos (dos tonos de azul, uno un poco más claro que el otro, el clarito se llama Satin, de la colección Marilyn Monroe), cuando terminaron de hacerme mis manitas y piecitos aplicaron un aceite especial para la cutícula que huele súper rico y masajearon un poco mis dedos.

Aunque sin duda lo que más disfruté fue que me hicieran un masaje relajante, el cual disfruté a sobremanera porque, como mencioné anteriormente, soy fan de los piojitos.

Antes de empezar el masaje te dan una bata calientita y te dejan en el cuarto con calentador y aromatizante. Te quedas en "paños menores" y bata, esto para hacer el masaje de forma correcta y completa, luego te cubren con cobijas, te hacen respirar profundamente 3 veces y comienza el masaje.

Realmente ha sido el mejor masaje que he recibido, me gustó tanto que ya no me quería levantar de la camilla ni salir del salón, hasta le regalé uno a mi mamá y otro a mi abuela, pero a mi abuela se lo cambiaron por un masaje especial para que circulara mejor la sangre y también le gustó mucho.

Ese día la pasé increíble, un día como ningún otro, si lo que ustedes quieren es consentirse un ratito, cuidarse y quedar hermosas, YellowMe Spa es la mejor opción.

Este es el resultado que tuvo mi cabello después del tratamiento y de un corte genial.

Sorry for getting lost these days, but now I'm back & I want to share with You the reason why I got lost... I had the most amazing time at #YellowMeSpa it was unbelievable the way they treated me (as a queen, literally), they use a #Davines treatment for my hair, #Gelish for hands & feet, and the best thing ever was that I received a reductive massage & an awesome relaxing massage.

The reductive massage is given with so many strength that, if You don't have a high pain threshold, You may suffer a little, but if You do have it, it will only give You tickles.

The massage lasts 20 minutes, so it helps it's not too long, also, at the end of it they apply radio frequency for better results, and it makes the massage a little bit more tolerable.

The hair treatment consisted in washing my hair with a special shampoo, applying hair mask & let it rest for 10 minutes, time in which I received a really nice head & shoulders massage, putting on the hair conditioning and repeating the head massage, rinsing and leaving it soft, shiny and beautiful.

One of the things I love the most is having massage, & if you are one of mine I bet You know exactly how I felt when it came to the head & body massage.

One of the things I also loved was the #Gelish application in hands and feet, I chose 2 different kind of blues, one of them was lighter (Satin, from the Marilyn Monroe collection). When they finished they used a special oil for cuticle & had a little massage on my fingers.

Finally, time for the relaxing massage! This was one of the best I´ve ever had in my life, the girl, Sam, was super nice to me & she made me enjoy way too much the massage.

So, before it starts they give you a hot coat & leave you in the room with a heater & a very nice smell, then they cover you with cozy blankets, & so the relaxing starts.

I loved way too much the massage, that I took my mother & grandmother to have one, they are the queens back at home, and as the queens they are, they deserve the best, so I took them to the best spa in Puebla.

That was one of the most amazing evenings ever, never doubt that #YellowMe is the best idea every time you want to have a moment for yourself!
